Underneath | Abyssal Plain
Mendelson Gallery June 18th 2015 Opening, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania
This body of work continues the internal conversation revealing my desire and the search for where I belong. Each image presents itself as a conversation and presents a response to my own personal experiences. This fragmentation of the visual plain into disparate elements acts as a visual journal entry, with each entry offering multiple possibilities for transformation. The point of view is outward, but the larger conversation lives in the deepest part of my subconscious and reflects and records my memory, personal growth and time.
